3 shorties on the lea's this morning. A very enjoyable couple of hours spent watching / photographing them in great company with Paul Duncan and Dave Johnson.

Merry Christmas and a happy & healthy new year to everyone on the forum....

Just one from me - waiting for Paul to post some shots with the new lens

I also want to wish everyone on the forum a very Happy Christmas It's been a great pleasure seeing all of the posts and pictures and thanks for the advice over the year. Great to have met up with some of the forum members over the year. Looking forward to another year of happy Birding and Nature watching. Right now I'm off to start watching the sky to see if reindeer really know how to fly.

God Bless Us Everyone

Here's some quick ones, they are using my default action so not really optimized yet.

I'll post more when time permits.

Thanks, I had a great time in the company of you two fine gentlemen, it was nice to learn from you both.

I cannot believe how many keepers I got today. It appears that the post processing required is totally different with this lens, it's gonna take a while to be able to use it to it's full potential, but it's gonna be fun trying.

Paul.

The shorties were showing again on the Leas yesterday. One of them being the cross-eyed bird previously spotted.

Paul.

I saw the sun come out while I was scarfing down half a roast pig, not a soul out in the rain though, girls!

Dave, I saw your car there when I drove past at about 11:30. There was no way I was taking my gear out in that rain. Your dedication is way beyond mine. Nice shots too!

Paul.
