Excellant photos of the bee-eater lads, hope its there tomorrow. Thought i'd mention the bloke who first photographed it on wednesday also had the brown headed cowbird a couple of year ago not a bad garden list

Couple of shot's from today......Great Spotted Woodpecker at Marine Park yesterday,I also popped to Jarrow Cem yesterday.Redwing,Great Spotted Woodpecker.Tree Creeper,Robin.Wren,Long Tailed Tit's,lot's of Blackbird's...

I was on a tight schedule (it's always the same when there's a nice bird about, you have to get back) and landed around 10 ish and left 11.15 a.m. Slightly distant views so my images arent as good as some of the crackers ive seen. You do get some nice birds down your way. Look forward to bumping into you again sometime.

Finally got to see the Bee Eater this afternoon ,what a bird,it was still hanging about Fulwell at 1.45pm,over the moon as I thought it would have gone before I had a chance to see it!

Had my first waxwing of the autumn, a single bird calling as it flew over whitburn coastal park today. Another single bird wasseen by others at boldon flats this morning

Four waxwing flew over Boldon flats yeterday evening as I called in - about 4.15.
